Hmm. What's for dinner???

I really am bad about cooking. I go through phases of being into cooking. Does anyone have any good recipe ideas for the busy mom? I would LOVE to hear them!!!

Thanks!

Mimi

Alexis always has some good recipes that are yummy and easy. (Important for me, because when I stroll in the house at 6pm, I don't have a ton of time to cook.)

  2. Tacos. Nothing special...my kids love the box Old Elpaso {sp?}. I use turkey burger instead of beef or we sometimes have soft chicken tacos just to change things up some. We typically do a taco bar so the kids can make {a mess...} their own.

If it were up to my 3 year old...we would have spagetti. Every.single.night. Again, nothing special - I use a can sauce {mix in turkey burger} and whole wheat pasta. The rest of us are so over spagetti, but that kid would eat it morning, noon, and night.

  5. Just last night I made cheesy hotdogs wrapped in crescent rolls and the kids loved them. It was a nice change from the boring old hot dog roll. Just cut a slit in the middle of the hotdog stuff in a piece of cheese and wrap in the dough and bake for 10-12 minutes. Not very healthy, I know, so add a side of veggies. Following from blogfrog!
